In order to qualify, the account-holder must opt in on HPIbet.com and then wager $100 or more on Fraser Downs racing each day on November 7, 14, 21, 28 2024, with their full access HPIbet account. Once qualified, all eligible wagers on the Fraser Downs racing the Promotion Period will be eligible for 10% cash back. Cash back will not be earned on minimum payouts. Negative break wagering will not be included in totals. The maximum cash back that can be earned is $50 over the course of the Promotion Period. Cash back will be deposited automatically into qualifying accounts within 3-5 business days after the conclusion of the Promotion Period. 

The 10% cash back will only be applied to eligible wagering the HPIbet account holder does that is above wagering threshold on the day of the Promotion Period. To enter and qualify, visit www.hpibet.com to opt in for this Promotion.  This Promotion is available to residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older (19 years of age in British Columbia), excluding employees of WEG and those with whom they are domiciled.  Entrants must opt in for the promotion on HPIbet.com prior to wagering, and must wager with a full access HPIbet account, in full compliance with the HPIbet Terms and Conditions, to be eligible for entry into the draw. Only account wagering on Hong Kong Jockey Club racing using a full access HPIbet account from Nov 17 to Dec 4, 2024, (the “Promotion Period”) will be eligible. No purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion.  HPIbet account holders can also earn an entry by writing a 300 word letter on 11”x14” sized paper sharing with us how much they love horse racing and including a story related to their experience with horse racing. Account holders may submit up to ten (10) letters.

There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of the following: 

  • Round-trip economy airfare for two (2) people on a regularly scheduled, marketed and operated flight in December 2025 to HKG - Chek Lap Kok International Airport from one of the following airports: YVR – Vancouver, BC; YEG – Edmonton, AB; YYC – Calgary, AB; or YYZ – Toronto, ON.  Exact dates of travel to be confirmed between winner/HKJC agent.  
  • Hotel accommodations will be arranged based on double-occupancy for the selected dates of travel, and 
  • Two (2) tickets via HKJC to Hong Kong International Races (HKIR) in 2025 (date to be determined) will be provided to the winner and their guest including hospitality food & beverage at Sha Tin on the day of the races.  
    Total approximate retail value of trip: $10,000 CAD.

A random draw by a representative of Woodbine Entertainment Group from all eligible entries will be conducted within 3-5 business days of the conclusion of the promotions.  The draw will be made from the total pool of ballots, including multiple ballots earned by a single account.  There will only be one (1) winner selected.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be contacted by telephone or email and must answer a time-limited skill-testing question. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours of being selected, fails to answer or answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, or cannot claim the prize as presented, a new winner will be drawn from the pool of ballots. This drawing process will continue until an eligible winner has been contacted and can accept the prize as presented. When contacted, the winning account holder must supply their correct account number, mailing address and telephone number to the HPIbet representative. Once these details are verified and the winner correctly answers the skill testing question, they will then receive their prize. The trip to HKIR must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted, exchanged, or transferred and must be accepted as is.
